Trendsetting In The City!
May 11th, I attended the Modern Bride Top Trendsetter’s Event, at the Palace Hotel in New York City, to receive my award—what an unforgettable night! During the cocktail reception, there was a red carpet for attending celebrities, such as Kristen Davis, Rachel Hunter, designer Christian Siriano, Bethenny Frankel (celebrity chef/Real Housewives of New York), Susie Essman (Curb Your Enthusiasm), and others.
Susie Essman did some hilarious and outrageous stand-up during dinner that focused on marital issues. Other award recipients included, Colin Cowie, Essie Weingarten, and Ivanka Trump. It was great to learn more about each of the recipients from the celebs who presented the awards. I was honored to have Antonia Van der Meer, Editor of Modern Bride and Elegant Bride, introduce me and present my award. There was a lot of response to the video about me and SoundConnection, as well. Congratulations to Antonia and her team on an amazing event!
